Chemical Constituents of the Aerial Parts of Lycopus lucidus var. hirtus
Chemical investigation on the aerial parts of Lycopus lucidus var. hirtus has afforded a novel abietane-type diterpenoid glycoside, lucihirtin A (1), and seven known compounds, ursolic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), 2α,3β,19α-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), 2α,3α,19...

Zusammenfassung: | Chemical investigation on the aerial parts of Lycopus lucidus var. hirtus has afforded a novel abietane-type diterpenoid glycoside, lucihirtin A (1), and seven known compounds, ursolic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), 2α,3β,19α-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), 2α,3α,19α-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (4), oleanolic acid (5), ursolic acid (6), palmitic acid (7), and 1-glycerin hexadecylate (8). Their structures and configurations were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including 2D NMR techniques. Compounds 2, 3, 4, and 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time. |
