Zusammenfassung:The discourse of illegal drugs has passed through a series of mutations seen before and after the sixties. Before, mere possession lied to a criminal treatment, but with the consumption of middle and upper classes the discourse changes to a medical-legal treatment. Brazil imported this issue from oversea, promulgating the law 11.343/06 which establishes a hard punishment on dealing and less rigid treatment to users.
