The prospect scenario of universities: topics about de future and the way from UFSC for the year 2022/A prospeccao de cenarios nas universidades: variaveis portadoras de futuro e a trajetoria da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina para 2022

This article aims to study the main trends that will influence society, the organizations and, especially the universities, by examining different topics through the Delphi method. Through bibliographical and documental research, the article presents a historical retrospective, and the ongoing changes and its repercussions at the universities and, especially, at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, UFSC (Federal University of the State of Santa Catarina) for the year 2022, when Brazil celebrates its 200th year of independence from Portugal. After the analysis, the article suggests a reflection on how to plan the strategies based on the selected topics. These topics will make decision-making easier for the administrators of the universities and of UFSC so that they can face these new challenges, preparing for the future. Key words: University. Este artigo tem como objetivo estudar as principais tendencias, envolvendo variaveis portadoras de futuro, que influenciarao a sociedade, as organizacoes e, em especial, as universidades. Para tal, sao apresentadas, por meiode pesquisa bibliografica e documental, uma retrospectiva historica, as mudancas em curso e suas repercussoes no ambiente das universidades e, em especial, da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC), em sua trajetoria para 2022, ano em que o Brasil comemorara 200 anos de sua Independencia de Portugal. Apos a analise, sugere-se uma reflexaosobre como planejaras estrategiasemconsequencia das variaveisselecionadas, as quais poderao facilitar a tomada de decisao dos gestores das universidades e da UFSC, para o enfrentamento desses novos desafios, rumo ao futuro.
