Researches revealed that there is a lack of team effort, teaching efficiency, and class room behaviour. Thus there is a need to enhance those teaching attributes that leads to improve the performance of teachers and thereby increase the quality of education and students This paper focuses on challenges faced in the teacher effectiveness and measures for improving teacher effectiveness. |
