Zusammenfassung: | The paper considers optimal design problems in the context of piezoelectric bimorph actuator dynamics. The width profile of a piezoelectric bimorph actuator is optimized. The study utilized the finite element method to optimize the width profile of the cantilever beam in order to determine the resonance frequencies of the bimorph. The optimal form of actuator was found considering to theoretical calculations and experiment results. The calculation method and experimental measurements of displacements of piezoelectric bimorphs are presented. |
