Zusammenfassung:Generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP), which is characterized by fever, chills, rigors, and tiny sterile pustule formation on skin, is a rarely seen dermatose in childhood. Herein, we present a 20-months-old boy diagnosed with GPP based on the typical clinical and histopathological findings. The patient completely recovered after 2.5 months of oral acitretin therapy. Burada, tipik klinik ve histopatolojik bulgulara dayanilarak JPP tanisi almis 20 aylik bir erkek cocuk sunulmaktadir. Hasta 2,5 aylik oral asitretin tedavisinin ardindan tamamen iyilesmistir.
