Zusammenfassung:Various strategies have been developed to help preservice teachers to alleviate undue anxiety in field experience settings. The strategies include writing in journals, both reflective and dialogue types, having visits from former students, debriefing sessions, teaching collaboratively, interacting with supervising teachers in observing and interviewing, classroom management techniques that are simple, simulation lessons, and non-threatening types of evaluation. It is helpful for professor to avoid transmitting their own stress. The techniques can be adapted for various situations.
