Zusammenfassung: | This paper provides insight into what constitutes creativity and what organizational leaders can do to support and nurture creative talent in an organization. Specifically, this paper addresses the 4R's Model which we created for the purpose of helping organizational leaders understand how to nurture creative people so that they and their organizations will be successful. This study addresses this issue from a systems perspective and include four system components--strategies, structure, culture and values, and accountabilities for performance. This study also addresses the responsibilities of organizational leaders in terms of ensuring that the system includes the right strategies, the right structure, the right culture and values, and the right accountabilities for performance. |
