Zusammenfassung:This brief manuscript addressee ADHD critically and attempts to modulate the force behind it as a diagnostic phenomenon and encourage those authorized to make such a determination to avoid over simplification. In so doing, the author discusses a number of issues: the tendency today to treat ADHD as an entity in itself, to disregard etiology, to avoid the "total" child approach, to view ADHD as a single matter of observable focus and motor overflow and finally to diagnose extravagantly.
