Zusammenfassung: | Farthing and Ledebur discuss the agreement between the Bolivian and the US government regarding cocaine eradication in which Bolivians are depending on the coca production as their way of living. Despite the high social costs of the militarized forced eradication program, the price, purity and availability of cocaine entering the US have remained steady. |
