Zusammenfassung: | The energy requalification of the huge existing building stock, increasingly incentivised by state measures aimed at mitigating the effects caused by the current climate crisis and reducing the consumption of fossil fuels and land, is too often driven by economic interests and too rarely attentive to the real needs of both the building and its users. The paper, starting from the need to respect the built environment, points out some general problems with interventions on the Italian authorial building heritage, post-1945, which have been the object of actions to improve the energy efficiency of the envelope in the context of recent state subsidies. The examples cited privilege projects that have not altered, as reiterated by the Carta di Venezia, the distribution/functional and aesthetic/compositional aspects of the buildings in order to provide a framework of possible mitigation actions that have not compromised the historical/textual value of this significant cultural heritage. Keywords Energy requalification, Modern Architecture, Sustainability. |
