Zusammenfassung: | This study based on the theoretical framework from the field of knowledge of Public Management, aimed to analyze the possible relationships between the concepts of Human Development, Human Capital and Public Transparency. To achieve this objective, the statistical procedure called Pearson's Coefficient (r) was used to test the possibility of correlation between the Human Development Index (HDI), a proxy for Human Development, the Labor Productivity Index (IPT), a proxy for Human Capital, and the Transparent Brazil Scale (EBT), a proxy for Public Transparency. The results showed evidence of a positive relationship of moderate degree between Human Development and Human Capital and of high degree between Human Development and Public Transparency. These results showed alignment with previous studies that theorized about the possible relationships between these concepts of Public Management. At the end of the study, some suggestions were made for future studies that examine whether governments adopt an integrated approach, considering the multiple dimensions of human development, in order to ensure that the benefits reach all layers of society. O presente estudo, firmado sobre o referencial teorico oriundo do campo de conhecimento da Gestao Publica, objetivou analisar as possiveis relacoes entre os conceitos de Desenvolvimento Humano, Capital Humano e Transparencia Publica. Para o alcance desse objetivo, utilizou-se do procedimento estatistico denominado Coeficiente de Pearson (r), a fim de testar a possibilidade de correlacao entre o Indice de Desenvolvimento Humano (IDH), proxy de Desenvolvimento Humano, o Indice de Produtividade no Trabalho (IPT), proxy de Capital Humano e a Escala Brasil Transparente (EBT), proxy de Transparencia Publica. Os resultados demonstraram evidencias de relacao positiva de grau moderado entre o Desenvolvimento Humano e o Capital Humano e de grau alto entre o Desenvolvimento Humano e a Transparencia Publica. Esses resultados demonstraram alinhamento com estudos anteriores que teorizavam sobre as possiveis relacoes entre esses conceitos da Gestao Publica.
