Zusammenfassung: | This study aims to present a set of adaptability competencies required for Industry 4.0 workers. The systematic review method was employed for this purpose. A list of articles related to Industry 4.0, soft skills, and hard skills was compiled from the Scopus database through a search conducted on October 7th, 2021. A total of 275 articles were retrieved for eligibility assessment. Works lacking relevant research content were discarded based on the following criteria: (a) Exclusively focusing on Industry 4.0, (b) solely concentrating on competencies without a connection to Industry 4.0, or (c) lacking focus on both. Furthermore, only articles mentioning at least one of the five competencies related to adaptability were selected. The final number of included articles totaled 40. The main findings are as follows: (a) The most relevant keywords in the portfolio were "Industry 4.0," cited 15 times (30%), followed by "Industrial Revolutions" with 10 (20%), and "Human Resource Management" with 7 (14%). (c) In scenario 1, the base themes were Industry 4.0, Industrial Revolutions, and the main themes were Manufacture, Manufacturing Process, and Personnel. (d) In scenario 2, the base themes were Human Resource Management, Industry 4.0, and Embedded Systems. (e) The adaptability-related competencies required for Industry 4.0 encompassed the ability to solve complex challenges, adaptability, flexibility to embrace new roles and work environments, and adaptive thinking. In conclusion, employee adaptability constitutes a crucial element in the Industry 4.0 context, necessitating the training of students and workers. Keywords: Industry 4.0. Human Resources. Work. Skills. O objetivo do presente estudo e apresentar um conjunto de competencias de adaptabilidade necessarias aos trabalhadores da industria 4.0. O metodo utilizado neste estudo foi a revisao sistematica. Para tal, listou-se os artigos sobre Industria 4.0, soft skills e hard skills na base Scopus atraves de busca realizada no dia sete de outubro de 2021. Foram encontrados 275 artigos para aplicacao das etapas de elegibilidade. Os trabalhos que nao apresentaram conteudo referente a pesquisa foram descartados seguindo os seguintes criterios: (a) Ter foco exclusivamente na Industria 4.0; (b) ter foco apenas em competencias, sem relacionar com a Industria 4.0; (c) nao ter foco em ambos.
