Zusammenfassung:Introduction: Binge Eating Disorder (BED) are recurrent episodes of binge eating (BED) that must occur, on average, at least once a week for three months. The objective of this research is to understand and identify the emotional triggers that trigger binge eating. Materials and Methods: Integrative bibliographical research, in the BVS, Google Scholar and Scielo databases, based on the following descriptors: "Food and Emotion", "Compulsion to Eat", "Obesity". Results and Discussion: Some emotional triggers found were dietary restrictions, negative feelings related to body weight, body shape to food, boredom, anguish, depression, negative affect, anger, deprivation of pleasure, guilt, disgust, accentuated anguish, depressed mood, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, among others. Conclusion: Some eating habits are linked to pleasure, where food is a conductor of affection that compensates for feelings such as anger, sadness, anguish, anxiety, among others, which can be emotional triggers that trigger binge eating and/or obesity. This study may add knowledge to professional practice and may contribute to the understanding and prior identification of symptoms that are linked to emotions that affect eating habits and behaviors in order to alleviate the physical and psychological suffering caused by ACT, CA and obesity. Introducao: O Transtorno de Compulsao Alimentar (TCA) sao episodios recorrentes de compulsao alimentar (CA) que devem ocorrer, em media, ao menos uma vez por semana durante tres meses. O objetivo dessa pesquisa e compreender e identificar os gatilhos emocionais que disparam a compulsao alimentar. Materiais e metodos: Pesquisa integrativa, nas bases de dados BVS, Google Academico e Scielo, a partir dos seguintes descritores: "Alimentacao e Emocao", "Compulsao Alimentar", "Obesidade". Resultados e Discussao: Alguns gatilhos emocionais encontrados foram restricoes dieteticas, sentimentos negativos relacionados ao peso corporal, a forma do corpo ao alimento, tedio, angustia, depressao, afeto negativo, raiva, privacao de prazer, sentimento de culpa, desgosto, angustia acentuada, humor deprimido, ansiedade, depressao, baixa autoestima, dentre outros. Conclusao: Alguns habitos alimentares estao ligados ao prazer, onde o alimento e um condutor de afeto que compensa sentimentos como raiva, tristeza, angustia, ansiedade entre outros, que podem ser gatilhos emocionais que disparam a compulsao alimentar e
