Expanded center for family health and primary care: potentialities, limitations and experiences of professionals in the municipality of Belem-PA/NUCLEO AMPLIADO DE SAUDE DA FAMILIA E ATENCAO BASICA: POTENCIALIDADES, LIMITACOES E EXPERIENCIAS DOS PROFISSIONAIS DO MUNICIPIO DE BELEM-PA

Introduction: The Family Health and Primary Health Care Expanded Support Center is based on the multidisciplinary and inter-professional team, being considered a fundamental device for the effective construction of Primary Health Care services, helping in the promotion and prevention of risks and health problems. Objective: To investigate the potential, limitations and experiences from the perspective of professionals from the Family Health And Primary Health Care Expanded Support Center in the city of Belem-PA. Materials and Methods: Quali-quantitative study, carried out from May to October 2020. Data collection was performed using an online form containing information on personal data, personal education, work characteristics, attributions, limitations and experiences. The project was approved by the Research Ethics Committee (4.077.469). Results: The contributions of the teams to comprehensive care, greater resoluteness and bonding with users were found, qualifying the health process. In addition, factors such as physical and structural disability in health units, and lack of training and integration between teams were highlighted as work limitations. Conclusion: There is, therefore, the need for a broader look at this device at the national level, allowing to leverage its actions, with the exchange of experiences and knowledge, resulting in management so that it is strengthened, in fact serving as a device for actions of prevention and health promotion, in view of the population's health demands. Introducao: O Nucleo Ampliado de Saude da Familia e Atencao Basica configura-se a partir da equipe multiprofissional e interprofissional, sendo considerado dispositivo fundamental para a construcao efetiva dos servicos da Atencao Primaria a Saude, auxiliando na promocao e prevencao de riscos e agravos a saude. Objetivo: Investigar as potencialidades, limitacoes e experiencias na perspectiva dos profissionais do Nucleo Ampliado de Saude da Familia e Atencao Basica do municipio de Belem-PA. Materiais e Metodos: Estudo qualiquantitativo, realizada de maio a outubro de 2020.
