Zusammenfassung:The dielectric properties of [(SC[(N[H.sub.2]).sub.2]).sub.0.90]/[(BaTi[O.sub.3]).sub.0.10] and [(SC[(N[H.sub.2]).sub.2]).sub.0.90]/[([C.sub.6][H.sub.16]NBr).sub.0.10] composites have been studied in the temperature range covering the phase transitions in thiourea. A decrease in the Curie temperature of thiourea in the [(SC[(N[H.sub.2]).sub.2]).sub.0.90]/[(BaTi[O.sub.3]).sub.0.10] and [(SC[(N[H.sub.2]).sub.2]).sub.0.90]/[([C.sub.6][H.sub.16]NBr).sub.0.10] composites was found. Possible mechanisms, leading to a decrease in the temperature of the ferroelectric phase transition, are discussed.
