SPATIAL ANALYSIS OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE NON-STATE SECTOR IN THE HISTORIC CENTER/ANALISIS ESPACIAL DE LAS ACTIVIDADES DEL SECTOR NO ESTATAL EN EL CENTRO HISTORICO DE LA CIUDAD DE LA HABANA, CUBA/ANALISE ESPACIAL DAS ATIVIDADES DO SETOR NAO ESTATAL NO CENTRO HISTORICO DE LA CIUDAD DE LA HABANA, CUBA

The present work is a study carried out in conjunction with the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Master Plan group, belonging to the Office of the Historian of the city of Havana, Cuba. It analyzes self-employment activities in a temporal-spatial manner in the historic center of the city of Havana. Therefore, its objective is to analyze the current situation of the historic center regarding the services generated by the non-state sector, and its impact on it, by popular councils, after having carried out this study briefly in the municipality of Old Havana. and the Historic Center. In the development of the investigation, a series of methods were applied, such as the documentary for the supply of knowledge regarding the subject, the deductive-inductive method to synthesize the information collected, the cartographic method for the making of the maps, among others. Maps were used for location and spatial analysis of activities by council and in different years, based on QGIS. Among its main results, it was possible to determine which of these non-state activities have a greater presence in the territory, starting from an analysis of the density that facilitated the determination of the behavior of centrality in the activities of the non-state sector in the historic center, in addition to the formation of spaces from the location of these activities in the studied territory, as well as the changes produced by them over time. El presente trabajo es un estudio realizado en conjunto con el grupo de Rehabilitacion Integral Plan Maestro, perteneciente a la Oficina del Historiador de la ciudad de La Habana, Cuba. El mismo analiza las actividades por cuenta propia de manera temporo-espacial en el centro historico de la ciudad de La Habana. Por lo que su objetivo es analizar la situacion actual del centro historico respecto a los servicios generados por el sector no estatal, y su incidencia en el mismo, por consejos populares, luego de haber realizado este estudio de manera breve en el municipio La Habana Vieja y el Centro Historico. En el desarrollo de la investigacion se aplicaron una serie de metodos, tales como el, documental para el suministro de conocimiento respecto al tema, el deductivo-inductivo para sintetizar la informacion recopilada, el cartografico para la realizacion de los mapas, entre otros.
