Zusammenfassung: | The results of an experimental and theoretical study into the bending behavior of ice beams reinforced with polypropylene and steel bar are presented. The stress-strain behavior of specimens was determined at different stages of failure. Ice cover reinforcement with polypropylene bars is shown to be effective in increasing its bearing capacity. In addition, a construction principle of an ice road is proposed, taking reinforcing elements into account. |
