Zusammenfassung:The essay analyses the discourses through which the jurists purified the words 'work' and 'syndicate' in order to insert them in the corporative state, namely in an artificial constitutional space celebrating the perfect union of individuals, the nation and the fascist state. The work as a social duty, protected "on this ground and on this ground alone" by the state, exalted a constitutional order deprived of rights and objectified the idea of Work without workers as well as of corporations without unions.
