Zusammenfassung:The evaluation of the accuracy of the Ostwald–de Waele model in solving the Graetz–Nusselt problem is made by comparing with the standard solution for the Ellis liquid. As a result of the analysis, it is shown that the problem solution constructed on the exponential equation leads to substantial distortions of the heat transfer pattern.
