Zusammenfassung:Objective: Emotion regulation consists of awareness, body sensations, clarity, understanding emotions, accepting and tolerating emotions, confronting unwanted emotions, self-supporting and changing emotions when necessary. The difficulties, difficulties or negativities experienced in these emotion regulation skills are associated with many different psychological symptoms. Therefore, in this study, it is aimed to address a psychoeducation program called AFT in order to develop emotion regulation skills. In line with these objectives, it is aimed to conduct a psychoeducation program aiming to develop emotion regulation skills and to examine the effectiveness of this training program and to evaluate empirically whether it contributes to the development of emotion regulation skills. Methods: There were 8 university students in the research. In the research, the AFT program was conducted in 3-session 18 hours format. Before and after the psychoeducation program, emotion regulation skills of the participants were evaluated with the Emotion Regulation Skills Questionnaire (ERSQ). Results: According to Wilcoxon Sequential-Sign Test results, statistically significant difference was found between the pre-test and post-test scores of the participants. Discussion: AFT program is considered to be effective after the evaluations. Soz konusu duygu duzenleme becerilerinde yasanan sikintilar, zorluklar veya olumsuzluklar farkli bircok psikolojik belirti ile iliskilidir. Dolayisi ile bu calismada duygu duzenleme becerilerini gelistirmek icin Duygulanim Duzenleme Egitimi (DDE) isimli bir psikoegitim programinin ele alinmasi amaclanmaktadir. Bu amaclar dogrultusunda duygu duzenleme becerilerini gelistirmeyi hedefleyen bir psikoegitim programinin yurutulmesi, bu egitim programinin etkinliginin incelenmesi ve duygu duzenleme becerilerinin gelisimine katkisinin olup olmadiginin gorgul olarak degerlendirilmesi hedeflenmistir.
