Zusammenfassung: | Commerce has played a prominent role in society, but over time the ways of trading commodities have been altered. So at the moment, it is possible to write about an e-commerce, it was built by the advancement of information technologies, that allowed people to buy products without necessarily going through the instance of a physical store. Based on this scenario, the main objective of this article is to discuss geographically the commerce and electronic services, in the context of Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul. Methodological procedures were essentially fieldwork, theoretical readings, questionnaires (sample scope), production, interpretation of data and information with a view to understanding such reality. Finally, it is worth mentioning that the results point, fundamentally, that the use of electronic commerce and services has been used frequently by the population, bringing great complexity to the debate on the economic production of Telecommunications Geography. O comercio tem ocupado papel de destaque na sociedade, mas, ao longo do tempo, as formas de negociar mercadorias foram sendo alteradas. Assim, no momento, e possivel escrever sobre o comercio eletronico, construido com o avanco das tecnologias da informacao, estas que permitiram as pessoas comprarem produtos sem, necessariamente, passar pela instancia de uma loja fisica. Com base nesse cenario, o objetivo principal deste artigo e discutir geograficamente o comercio e os servicos eletronicos, no contexto de Campo Grande-MS. Assim, os procedimentos metodologicos para a realizacao da pesquisa foram, essencialmente, o trabalho de campo, leituras teoricas, questionarios (ambito amostral), producao, interpretacao de dados e informacoes com vistas a compreender tal realidade. Por fim, os resultados apontam, fundamentalmente, que a utilizacao do comercio e dos servicos eletronicos tem sido usados, frequentemente, pela populacao, trazendo grande complexidade para o debate da producao economica da Geografia das Telecomunicacoes.
