Dinitrodibenzo [B,D]Oxepin-7(6h)-One Antiproliferative Activity Against Hepg2 Cells

The cytotoxic activity of twenty three new biphenyl compounds was investigated, and the IC 50 value of 1,2-dinitrodibenzo [b,d]oxepin-7(6H)-one (DNDBO) was found to be the lowest among these compounds. The underlying mechanism of DNDBO-induced cell death was explored.
