Zusammenfassung: | The relationship between the magnetorefractive effect (MRE) and giant magnetoresistance (GMR) is discussed. The common nature of these two effects in metallic multilayer magnetic structures is noted. The possibility of determining the parameters of the interface scattering of the conduction electrons through the analysis of the magnetoreflection of multilayer nanostructures in the intraband spectrum region is demonstrated. The underlying mechanisms of MRE and GMR are compared. |
