]pyridines. Studies of the neurotropic properties identified several synthesized compounds with anticonvulsant activity against corazole-induced seizures. The compounds were active as psychological sedatives and, in contrast with the tranquilizer diazepam, were inactive as central myorelaxants at anticonvulsant doses. |
