Nesse entrelacamento entre filosofia e justica havera de se detectar as influencias sobre o direito na trajetoria da humanidade, buscando a compreensao do fundamento do direito no curso da historia, a fim de explicar quais foram as precipuas inclinacoes jusfilosoficas ao longo do tempo, desaguando na pos-modernidade e no modelo adiaforo de direito justificado presentemente, mais impregnado de tecnica e eficiencia, menos comprometido com o tegumento e a ontologia juridicas. Serao expostas as correntes expressivas do pensamento filosofico e sua conexao com o justo no campo juridico.
