Zusammenfassung: | Glass compositions for fabricating hollow glass microspheres were developed. The basic physical and technical characteristics were studied and the dependence of the properties on the glass composition was determined. It is shown that the rheological properties of glass near the liquidus temperature affect the release of dissolved gases present in the glass. It is established that 20 – 200 μm in diameter hollow glass microspheres can be obtained. |
