This paper proposes to investigate how the artist approaches video art. The paper proposes to investigate how the artist approaches the video art to bring out the critical sight of the observer, characteristic of a zoon politikon, with signifying practices found footage and creating aesthetic realities. Para Angie Bonino, artista visual peruana de reconocimiento internacional, pionera del arte electronico en el Peru de los 90, el video arte es un acontecimiento que implica al observador y lo hace participar en la construccion del mensaje. La ponencia se propone indagar como la artista aborda el video arte para hacer emerger en el observador la vision critica propia de un Zoon politikon, con practicas significantes del found footage y de la creacion estetica de realidades.
