Zusammenfassung:	Two new genera: Baoshanaltica gen. n. and Sinosphaera gen. n ., and two new species: Baoshanaltica minuta sp. n. and Sinosphaera aptera sp. n. from south-west China are described and illustrated. Baoshanaltica is compared to the allied moss-inhabiting genera Cangshanaltica Konstantinov et al. and Phaelota Jacoby, in addition to Minota Kutschera. Sinosphaera is compared to Sphaeroderma Stephens, Omeisphaera Chen & Zia, Jacobyana Maulik, and Kamala Maulik.
