Facilitators Interventions Bond Parents-Babies Preterm Hospitalized in NICU: a Systematic Review/Interuencoes Facilitadoras do Uinculo Pais-Bebes Prematuros Internados em UTIN: uma revisao sistematica/Intervenciones con padres y los bebes prematuros admitidos en la UTI neonatal: una revision sistematica

This study is a systematic review of the literature on facilitating interventions of the parent infant bond held with parents and premature babies hospitalized in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, published in the last 10 years. Search terms included "intervention and premature babies and intensive care unit" and their translations into English, including empirical articles, available in full and published in English, Portuguese or Spanish, arising from medicine, psychology, nursing, psychiatry or multidisciplinary. We analyzed the results through 10 categories: types of publication; year of publication; continent and country of origin of the article; academic researchers; predominant language in publications; the study objectives; design; participants; used tools and interventions; and results. 11 articles mainly published in medical journals were found, composed of multidisciplinary authors, quantitative design, and the mother-infant dyad as a participants. There were no articles authored by psychologists alone, who composed two multidisciplinary studies, showing the need for understanding of this phenomenon, as the repercussions of the first links in the global development of individuals are deeply covered in psychology. Este estudo e uma revisao sistematica da literatura sobre intervencoes facilitadoras do vinculo pais-bebe, realizadas com pais e bebes prematuros internados em Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal, publicadas nos ultimos 10 anos. Utilizou-se como termos de busca "intervencoes and bebes prematuros and unidade de terapia intensiva" e suas traducoes para o ingles, incluindo-se artigos empiricos, disponibilizados integralmente e publicados em ingles, portugues ou espanhol, advindos da medicina, psicologia, enfermagem, psiquiatria ou multidisciplinares. Analisaram-se os resultados atraves de 10 categorias: tipos de publicacao; ano de publicacao; continente e pais de origem do artigo; formacao academica dos pesquisadores; idioma predominante nas publicacoes; objetivos do estudo; delineamento; participantes; instrumentos e intervencoes utilizados; e resultados. Encontraram-se 11 artigos, predominantemente publicados em revistas medicas, compostos por autores multidisciplinares, com delineamento quantitativo, tendo a diade mae-bebe como participante.
