Modified Shift Algorithm for Processing Measured Data

We develop an algorithm for separating useful signals from background noise enabling the acquisition of necessary data with a signal-to-noise ratio up to −15 dB. The efficiency of the algorithm has been tested on a number of simulated and real signals.
