Zusammenfassung: | The aim of this study was to analyze the training-induced changes on jumping capacity of the players during a macro cycle. The sample was composed of 13 athletes from the Brazilian national team (17.92 [+ or -] 0.43 years; 197.6 [+ or -] 3.98 cm; 86.2 [+ or -] 6.15 kg). They were evaluated jumping capacity by the following tests: Squat jump(SJ), Countermovement jump (CMJ), height and vertical jump for spike and block were tested. Descriptive statistics were computed and the test-t student with repeated measures was utilized (p [less than or equal to] 0.05). The results showed that the adaptations on CMJ (42.6 [+ or -] 5.14; 43.7 [+ or -] 4.42 cm--p 0.229256), SJ (39.8 [+ or -] 4.43; 40.6 [+ or -] 4.29 cm--p 0.537863) were not statistically significant. The Spike Height (332.1 [+ or -] 0.56; 346.2 [+ or -] 9.95 cm--p 0.000001), Block Height (314.5 [+ or -] 7.46; 324.6 [+ or -] 7.97 cm--p 0.0000) presented differences the means that were statistically significant between evaluations. The training workloads applied during the macro cycle seemed to be sufficient to promote adaptations on jumping capacity, probably have influenced performance demonstrated by athletes during the competition. Key Words: strength, monitoring, jump capacity. O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar as adaptacoes induzidas pelo treinamento em diferentes tipos de salto vertical num macrociclo. A amostra foi composta por 13 atletas da selecao brasileira (idade: 17,92 [+ or -] 0,43 anos; estatura: 197,6 [+ or -] 3,98 cm; massa corporal: 86,2 [+ or -] 6,15 kg). Os resultados evidenciaram que o CMJ (42,6 [+ or -] 5,14; 43,7 [+ or -] 4,42 cm--p 0,229256), e SJ (39,8 [+ or -] 4,43; 40,6 [+ or -] 4,29--p 0,537863) nao apresentaram diferencas significativas entre as medias obtidas. Os testes ALCATQ (332,1 [+ or -] 10,56; 346,2 [+ or -] 9,95 cm--p 0,000001), ALCBLQ (314,5 [+ or -] 7,46; 324,6 [+ or -] 7,97 cm--p 0,0000) apresentaram adaptacoes estatisticamente diferentes. Os resultados demonstraram a capacidade individual dos atletas e as adaptacoes, o que, provavelmente, influenciou no desempenho dos atletas nos jogos do campeonato. Palavras--chave: forca, monitor |
