Zusammenfassung: | A mathematical model of physical and chemical processes that occur during solid-fuel gasification in a fluidized bed reactor is defined. The physical and chemical processes in the reaction zone of the gasifier are analyzed. A basic system of differential equations of continuum mechanics for a multiphase flow with consideration of heat and mass exchange, turbulence, and chemical reactions within the effective space of the gasifier are formulated. The physical equations of state of the medium and algebraic equations for calculation of the coefficient of exchange between the solid particles and gas flow are presented. The kinetic rates of the chemical reactions in the gasification process are defined. The mathematical model proposed is required for numerical analysis of physical fields of the gasifier, and optimization of its operation with maximum hydrogen yield in the synthesis gas. |
