Zusammenfassung: | The key objective in this paper was to establish a link between the concepts of organizational culture and territory, with the aim of analyzing the cultural phenomena as territorialized. For that, initially, wove considerations were aimed at deepening discussions on organizational culture and space/time in organizational studies. After this journey, the purpose was to emphasize the theories about territory elucidating its peculiarities, deepening the convergences and divergences between the concepts of territory, space and place. To finally articulate the intercross, aiming to grasp the organizational culture territorialized. Some considerations, even partial, are shown at the end of the article and point to the fact that production in the symbolic and political statements about the organizational culture have actual meaning when located, bounded or allocated. O objetivo deste ensaio e estabelecer a articulacao entre as nocoes de cultura organizacional e de territorio, para analisar as manifestacoes culturais como fenomenos territorializados. Para tanto, inicialmente, teceu-se consideracoes visando ao aprofundamento das discussoes sobre cultura organizacional e espaco/tempo nos estudos organizacionais. Apos esse percurso, o proposito foi o de enfatizar as teorizacoes sobre territorio procurando elucidar suas peculiaridades, aprofundando as convergencias e as divergencias existentes entre os conceitos de territorio, espaco e lugar. Finalmente articulam-se os intercruzamentos objetivando a apreensao da cultura organizacional territorializada. Algumas consideracoes, ainda que parciais, encontramse apresentadas no final do artigo e apontam para o fato de que a producao simbolica e politica nas assertivas sobre a cultura organizacional apresentam significado efetivo quando situadas, delimitadas ou alocadas.
