Effect of preliminary low-energy laser irradiation on the melting of aluminum alloys
The effect of preliminary treatment by low-energy laser radiation pulses on the melting of aluminum alloys is studied. Preliminary irradiation of alloys is shown to change the time of beginning of melting during the subsequent laser irradiation at an energy higher than a critical value.
