Zusammenfassung:A nanocasting method using SBA-15 as a hard template was adopted to prepare nanocrystalline NaNb[O.sub.3]. The templated NaNb[O.sub.3] consists of single crystalline nanoparticles about 8 nm. The nanocrystalline NaNb[O.sub.3] sample showed remarkably enhanced photocatalytic activity for 2-propanol photodegradation in comparison to the counterpart prepared by the solid state reaction.
