Zusammenfassung: | The three-dimensional biomimetic patterning via confocal imaging and two-photon laser scanning lithography of photocrosslinkable acrylate-terminated poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG) hydrogels rendered biodegradable by incorporation of a matrix metalloproteinase-sensitive peptide and permeated with fluorescently labelled acrylate-PEG-Arg-Gly-Asp-Ser is described. The organisation of cells into a network matching the original image in the presence of the patterned hydrogels was investigated and the results are discussed in terms of potential applications. 17 refs. |
