Zusammenfassung:The main goal of this paper is to examine the structure, metric characteristic and purpose of implementation of the instrument for risk and treatment needs assessment for children with behavior disorders in the Republic of Croatia. The instrument named Youth Level of Service/Case Management Inventory (YLS/CMI/ was applied. Its intention is to help in the decision making process regarding intervention, required level of service as well as prediction of treatment outcome and future behavior. The research was earned oat with the sample of 836 children and youth with behavior disorders who were during the research period included in institutional treatment, day treatment or community treatment programs (three subsamples). To achieve the goal of this paper a factor analysis and robust discriminatory analysis were applied. Results of factor analysis are slightly different from theoretical constructs of risk areas assessment. Metric characteristics are very good judging by the measures of reliability higher than 0.80. Robust discriminatory analysis forties statistically significant difference in almost all observed risk areas between examinees from three subsamples. Keywords: children and youth with behavior disorders, Youth Level of Service/Case Management Inventory, factor structure, validity and reliability Cilj rada je utvrdivanje strukture, metrijskih svojstava i opravdanosti primjene Upitnika za odredivanje razine intervencije/vodenje slucaja (UZORI/VS) s populacijom djece i mladih u riziku, odnosno s rizicnim ponasanjima u Republici Hrvatskoj.
