Physicochemical characteristics of unifloral honey from western Ghats of India

Honey collection and processing: Honey samples have been procured from Central Bee Research Institute Pune with the authentication of pollen analysis to confirm the uniflorality. The collected honeys have been filtered through single thickness fine cloth to remove suspended particles like dirt, beeswax and other impurities. Later were stored in airtight container at room temperature under hygienic conditions.
