Zusammenfassung: | Economic policy is the domain of economists and politicians. It is probably too important an issue to be left to these practitioners. Unemployment is high. Certain industries will most likely never regain their old stature. These economic doldrums will probably last until the end of the present century. It is in this context that changes must be made. A major change which must occur is a reversal of the capital malady of the United States. Capital formation problems are illustrated with several examples from United States industry. |
