Zusammenfassung:The purpose of this analysis is to identify ways to increase the quality and efficiency of the urban transport operator (RATB) through improved management of human resources. Analysis of human resource within the operator seeks to identify how it is determined, based on the requirements of the services provided by RATB, the necessary manpower, coverage of such needs, dynamics and economic efficiency of the current structure of personnel, how specific activities are conducted and the effectiveness of human resource management, respectively the efficiency of these activities. It puts emphasis on the involvement of the top management of RATB and, in particular, where human resource strategic management principles apply.
