Zusammenfassung:The relation between the temperature coefficient of effective refractive index and the density of the wave field in the sol-gel film is determined. Dependences of the temperature coefficient of effective refractive index on the parameters of the sol-gel film are obtained. Features of the temperature dependence of the effective refractive index are revealed. Differences between the temperature characteristics of sol-gel waveguides with the TE and TM modes are found and explained.
