Electrical connecting structures for the sensor protrude through a sealing unit (11) which is arranged gas-tight on the holding device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preferred Features: The outer protective tube is made from glassy carbon and the inner tube from boron nitride. The sensor is covered with a protective cap (3). The capillary is made from Al2O3. USE - Used for measuring temperatures in chemically aggressive media, e.g. in the manufacture of metal alloys and in crystal growing processes. ADVANTAGE - The arrangement is reliable.
