Zusammenfassung: | Device for the optical measurement of machines producing workpiece profiles, in particular rolled profiles in a rolling gap (36), consisting of a light source (6) whose light beam (7) is trained onto the profile (5) by a beam shaping lens (8), and an optical projection system (14) for the profile receiving the light beam. In order to achieve a more precise acquisition of the profile without point-by-point scanning, the device is designed in such a way that the light beam (7) is mainly trained tangentially onto the profile to be measured (5) in the longitudinal direction of extension (40) and on the workpiece (1) which is convex in the measurement area by means of a cross-section (31) simultaneously illuminating the entire profile (5) to be measured; a focusing device (9) is arranged behind the profile (5) in the direction of the beam (32), the focusing plane of which (10) lies ahead of the image plane of the projection unit (9, 12, 14); and a schlieren diaphragm (11) exists in the area of the focusing plane (10). |
