Probabilistische Planungsverfahren für die deflektometrische Oberflächeninspektion

Deflectometry is the method of choice for the optical inspection of specular surfaces. Surfaces, for which the measurement range is too small, can be fully inspected through a roboter-guided sensor by taking measurements with different configurations. This work is concerned with the problem of automatically determinining optimal configurations for a complete inspection by means of probabilistic planning methods.
