Zusammenfassung: | Process monitoring and control is used to enhance reliability of manufacturing processes and to increase productivity through running a process close to limits of stability. The suitability of these systems depends on the quality of the processed sensor signals and thereby directly on the distance between the location of measurement and the process zone. The invention presents a new approach using the additional emission of sound waves to carry process information. Furthermore the sensor module is shown and related physical phenomena are explained. |
