Zusammenfassung:The aim of the present master thesis was to develop and specify a system with which it is possible to perform a contactless eddy current test. Both disturbances such as lifting or tilting effects should be suppressed or avoided. For this purpose, the required physical and mathematical basics needed to understand the work are clarified in Chapter 1. Subsequently, an overview of some possibilities of distance determination is given. Special attention was paid to inductive distance measurements (eddy current). The chapter "Hardwareumsetzung der Positionsausrichtung" describes the implementation of the mechanical concept (Stewart platform) used in this thesis. Furthermore, the design and specification of the sensors used (eddy current sensor in differential circuit) are discussed. It also explains a way of designing a regulator and a method of suppressing the effects of discontinuity on the proximity sensors. The last chapter "Auswertung und Validierung" describes the response time of the servos, the processing time of the algorithms and the resulting limited speed of the whole system. The system was also tested and evaluated on sample measurements using an aluminum plate, with and without errors.
