First, second and third intermediate layers are formed on the crystal. The third intermediate layer is connected to the cooling bodies using a soft solder. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A first intermediate layer (3) made from titanium, nickel, platinum or their alloys is applied to the crystal. A second intermediate layer (4) made from nickel, chromium or platinum or their alloys is formed on the first intermediate layer. A second intermediate layer is covered by a third intermediate layer (5) made from gold, silver, indium, tin or indium alloy. Preferred Features: The first intermediate layer is made from titanium, the second intermediate layer from nickel and the third intermediate layer from gold or tin. The cooling structure is made from copper. USE - Used for an neodymium: yttrium aluminum garnet (ND: YAG) or neodymium: yttrium vanadate (Nd: YVO4) laser (claimed).
