Zusammenfassung: | Thermal desorption of adsorbed species on surfaces is a well known method in analytical chemistry and trace detection. These methods were developed for small samples, dramatically increasing the amount of time if used for large volume sampling. In this work we present a concept for particles usable as adsorbents for large volume gas sampling. Microwave heating is used for rapid homogeneous heating of large particle beds. The dimensioning of particles for the application as well as the microwave heating are investigated. |
