Zusammenfassung:As systems in the automobile industry are getting more and more complex, traditional development-methods and tools aren't sufficient any more. In order to master future challenges of an efficient and faultless design of robust complex systems, new solutions for the design of complex systems have to be created and used which do support the analysis of the whole system as well as detailed solutions. One of the useful methods is based on the description of system components on the transaction level, also called "Transaction-Level-Modeling (TLM)". It enables user to analyse the system models through simulation and analysis in a relatively short period of time. This study aims at the developing a library of basic TLM models which are to be used for the modeling of systems based on the hardware description languages SystemC or SystemCAMS. Additionally, the study will describe methods with which the designers would be able to create their own TLM models or extensions of existing models with TLM functions.
